Support Worker Job Summary

As a Support Worker, you will be working closely with our clients to provide them with the support and care they need in their daily lives. You will be responsible for assisting with household chores, grocery shopping, medication administration, and attending medical appointments. You will also have the opportunity to engage your clients in various activities such as holidays, fishing, camping, and beach activities. Additionally, you will work on developing independent living skills, implementing behaviour management strategies, and providing personal care.

Requirements
  • Hold or be eligible to apply for a Blue Card for Working with Children
  • Hold or be eligible to apply for NDIS Worker Screening
  • Hold a valid Driver's Licence and own a vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Complete NDIS E-Learning modules
  • Have a smartphone with internet access
