Master Vehicle Technician

This role ensures maximum operational readiness by delivering expert technical services in workshop and field environments for military vehicles.
The Field Service Technicians are a close-knit team working alongside the CoA to maintain the vehicle's mission-readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality maintenance and advisory support for military vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance and major repairs to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Collaborate with the CoA and other team members to support field operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate III in Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent qualification.
- Experience maintaining a fleet of heavy trucks and armoured vehicles, servicing and repairing diesel engines and equipment from European manufacturers.
- Automotive diagnostic skills, specifically with European manufacturers.
- CANBUS experience.
- Knowledge of current land materiel safety regulations and ADF technical requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
