We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at American President Lines. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the labour hire casual conversion process, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires.
- Prepare and process all new hire employment contracts and related onboarding requirements, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Assist with resume screening, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and proactive sourcing for key roles.
- Facilitate scheduling interviews and manage pre-hire checks to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling candidate information and following up on various stages of the recruitment process.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
