Job Title: Culinary Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our kitchen team in Derby, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences and leading a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing busy services, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef in daily operations and contribute to menu development and recipe improvement
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and oversee all kitchen stations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Step in to cook and manage service as needed, especially during peak periods
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Senior Chef or in a similar role
  • Experience with a range of cuisines and ability to adapt to changing menus
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
