Leadership Role in Senior School

We are seeking an experienced educational leader to join our Senior School Leadership Team as Deputy Head of Senior School.

  • This pivotal role supports operational leadership across the Senior School championing teaching and learning across academic, spiritual, social, and emotional domains.
  • The Deputy Head of Senior School works collaboratively with fellow leaders to cultivate a thriving learning community grounded in excellence in education.

This includes leading initiatives that enhance student outcomes through evidence-based practices, data analysis, and ongoing development of staff capability. The successful candidate will have a strong personal faith and coaching approach to leading others.

Applicants are required to have a sincere commitment to Jesus Christ, a philosophy of Christian Education, and regular church attendance.
