Site Quality Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Quality Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the site installation team to ensure work is done safely, according to quality standards, customer requirements, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure all QA/QC inspections and testing are performed as per the Quality Plan and assist with inspections according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs); coordinate tests with specialized service providers.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections.
  • Develop and implement the site quality plan aligned with the contract and company policies; promote a commitment to quality within the site team.

Requirements:

  • University degree in QA/QC and certification as per quality standards.
  • Qualifications in welding inspection (e.g., AWS/ASNT certifications, CSWIP or similar).
  • Previous experience in a senior or management-level position.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes, codes, standards, and best practices; IWE qualification preferred.
  • Proven experience working with QA/QC systems aligned with ISO 9001.
  • Experience in hydro power plant construction projects or the oil and gas sector.
