Strategic Business Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience bridging business and technical needs within security frameworks.
The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyse business requirements for IAM solutions. They will also examine current and proposed business processes to ensure they are aligned with IAM policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. The role requires creating detailed documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flows, to support the implementation and maintenance of IAM systems.
Additionally, the successful candidate will participate in continuous improvement activities to optimise IAM processes and solutions. They will develop detailed functional and technical specifications for identity and access management, including user provisioning, authentication, authorisation, and role-based access controls.
They will also document business rules, data flows, and integration points between Microsoft Entra ID and HCM, Payroll, and Finance systems.
The Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that IAM systems are implemented efficiently and effectively, meeting business objectives while managing user access and compliance requirements.
