Regulatory Compliance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards in wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with established production and distribution standards.
  • Oversee the outgoing quality of products, including setting up quality KPIs and analyzing data to drive improvement.
  • Coordinate the implementation of global changes to production or distribution processes.
  • Maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with Demant standards.
  • Prepare and coordinate internal audits and host external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and cooperate with relevant authorities in Australia and New Zealand.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and principles.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in Australia and New Zealand.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quality function with similar responsibilities.
  • Certified skills in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, or MDSAP, or Internal Auditor certification.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • High attention to detail and responsibility for actions.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and customer-focused attitude.
