**Purpose of the Position**:
To oversee compliance in line with Home Care Package legislation and assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new massage and physiotherapists.

**Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:

- Quality checking of treatment notes, SOAP, and Health forms
- Ensuring compliance for team members and HCP Partner companies
- Assisting in the TCMM recruitment process
- Overseeing the induction of new TCMM team members
- Point of contact for the TCMM Support Office staff
- Active involvement in regular team meetings
- Conducting wellness calls and checks

**Qualifications**:

- AHPRA Registration (desirable)
- Diploma or Tertiary Education in Massage, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Allied Health or equivalent (desired)
- Nursing/Allied Health/Aged Care experience (highly regarded)

**About You**:

- A background in the health profession; nursing, massage therapy, physiotherapy, allied health, or aged care, is highly valuable.
- Proven experience in compliance or in a similar role within the health profession.
- Personable Approach: Confident and personable, skilled in building relationships and active listening.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Quick learner who takes initiative and adapts to changing circumstances.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy in compliance documentation.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong Administration: Proficient in managing compliance tasks and maintaining records.
