Job Opportunity: Compliance Specialist

\

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting regulations, quality, and compliance across all service types to ensure they meet National Quality Framework requirements.

\

This challenging yet rewarding position involves developing and implementing compliance frameworks that meet organisational strategy, liaising with government agencies as an Authorised Officer on behalf of the Approved Provider, and working with management teams to advise on compliance requirements before, during, and after Assessment and Rating visits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing compliance frameworks for early learning services that meet organisational strategy.\
  • Liaising with government agencies as an Authorised Officer on behalf of the Approved Provider.\
  • Working with management teams to advise on compliance requirements before, during, and after Assessment and Rating visits.\
  • Guiding and supporting management teams to ensure regulatory, quality, and compliance requirements are met.\
  • Maintaining effective processes for receiving and responding to complaints and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.\
  • Collating and evaluating incident reports and compliance action registers.\
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with compliance enquiries and notifications.\
  • Undertaking analysis of business processes against regulatory frameworks.\
  • Managing compliance registers and monitoring audit schedules.\
  • Preparing compliance reports and participating in investigations as required.
