We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the data centre industry, where you will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, project delivery, and overall customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to support both pre- and post-sales activities. You will act as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely responses and coordination of project quotes and proposals.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills. You should also be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.

This is a key role where you will:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to support both pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely responses and coordination of project quotes and proposals.
  • Support contract delivery by meeting required KPIs and aligning with commercial expectations.
  • Facilitate client engagement activities including monthly business reviews, operational audits, and compliance checks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
