Nude Lucy, a fashion brand renowned for its minimalist aesthetic and timeless silhouettes, seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead its Sydney team. The ideal candidate will embody the Nude Lucy ethos and drive commercial success while fostering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing Nude Lucy's presence in Sydney. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service and store standards
  • Coaching and developing your team to achieve individual and store KPIs
  • Driving daily operations, including rostering, stock management, and reporting
  • Collaborating with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure brand consistency
  • Upholding a safe and positive working environment, following all workplace health & safety guidelines
  • Championing a culture of accountability, growth, and creativity

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience in fashion or boutique retail
  • A passion for minimalist styling and the Nude Lucy aesthetic
  • A customer-centric mindset with a focus on creating elevated in-store experiences
  • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, motivating, and mentoring
  • High attention to detail and a natural flair for visual presentation
  • Confidence in managing store operations, financial reporting, and performance KPIs
  • Impeccable communication and organizational skills
