Job Description

As a Restaurant Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with restaurant operators to showcase the value of Sadie's voice AI technology. You will lead generation efforts through email, phone, social selling, and inbound follow-ups.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads using a combination of sales techniques.
  • Conduct product demos and consultative sales calls to showcase Sadie's value to restaurant operators and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using tools like HubSpot; accurately forecast and track progress toward monthly targets.
  • Strategically identify regions or segments with the highest growth potential and help execute localized outreach efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, restaurant tech, or hospitality services.
  • A strong interest in technology, hospitality, and how AI can improve business operations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Hunter mentality: self-motivated, proactive, and not afraid to cold call or go after big accounts.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Experience with CRMs (especially HubSpot) and sales enablement tools is a plus.
