Job Description

As a Senior Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering a range of HR services, including:

  • Providing operationally focused HR advisory and consultancy services across industrial and employee relations, complex case management, performance management, industrial instruments, and HR policy and procedures.

You will work closely with the Principal HR Business Partner to develop and implement HR strategies that support the business.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will have a strong track-record in Business Partnering, with experience in ER and IR issues. You will be:

  • degree qualified
  • have extensive performance management experience
  • strong case management skills
  • able to truly partner and support leaders
  • Public Sector experience highly regarded
