About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team.

  • Support clients with daily tasks such as household chores and grocery shopping.
  • Assist with medication management and accompany clients to medical appointments.

  • Help develop independent living skills and implement behaviour management strategies.

This is a varied role that requires flexibility, including shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and awake shifts.
