**Head of Corporate Strategy Role Summary**

Virgin Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate strategy professional to join our team as Head of Corporate Strategy. This role will play a key part in defining the company's strategic direction and providing strong leadership in managing projects across the organisation.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in strategy focused management consulting, ideally from a top tier firm. They will be responsible for developing Virgin Australia's strategic corporate plan, providing high-impact presentations for executive audiences, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing high-quality packs for Executive Leadership Teams on large complex businesses
  • Leading, mentoring, and supporting the development of junior team members
  • Identifying and tracking critical metrics to measure progress and success against strategic objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business, commercial or engineering discipline, ideally with a Master's level qualification (MBA or similar)
  • Extensive experience within a strategy focused management consulting team, ideally from a top tier firm
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to build complex models in Excel
