Emergency Medicine Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated medical professional to join our dynamic team at NSW Health. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-acuity environment, providing excellent care to patients with a broad range of presentations.

Job Overview:

This role involves working in a fast-paced Emergency Department that sees approximately 40,000 presentations annually. You will gain exposure to trauma, critical care, and rural medicine, as well as participate in consultant-led teaching and supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work effectively in a high-pressure environment to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in educational programs and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, including at least 6 months emergency medicine exposure.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
