Job Summary

You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the security of our organization by delivering and supporting Identity & Access Management solutions.

This is a senior position that requires experience in designing and implementing automated provisioning, role management, SSO, and federation. You will work closely with technical teams and security architects to design and implement best-fit solutions that support our evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery and support of IAM solutions.
  • Design and implement automated provisioning, role management, SSO, and federation.
  • Drive continuous improvement and CI/CD practices within the IAM team.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to strategic roadmaps.

As a proactive problem solver, you thrive in a collaborative environment and bring a high level of personal accountability. We're looking for someone with certification and hands-on experience in at least one of Cyber Ark, Sail Point, or Okta, as well as experience with Azure/Entra identity and security products. Strong documentation and communication skills are also essential. A team-first mindset with a passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing is highly valued.
