Strategic Marketing Role

">About the Position

This is a pivotal role in growing our brand profile. As Marketing Manager, you'll lead a small team of specialists in graphic design, marketing support, and digital marketing, while managing relationships with external agencies and suppliers.

Your work will directly influence our digital transformation, member communications, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Enhance member digital experiences in line with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee content strategy and campaign planning (online and offline).
  • Manage external communications across digital channels.
  • Collaborate across departments to support strategic initiatives.
  • Drive innovation in marketing automation and digital banking platforms.
  • Ensure compliance and continuous improvement in marketing operations.
  • Manage campaign-related expenses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • Proven success in digital marketing and campaign delivery.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and publishers.
  • High-level communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for financial services and customer experience.
  • Experience in the Retail Banking or Financial Services Sector
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Management
