We are seeking an accomplished professional to excel in a dynamic café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages with precision and enthusiasm.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring exceptional customer experience and teamwork.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding results.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a related field is highly valued.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales growth and satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 3pm. The ideal candidate will be flexible and committed to meeting business objectives.
