About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Outcomes Connect Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent or upcoming graduate to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, delivering evidence-based therapeutic supports to clients across the greater Melbourne metropolitan area.

As a Speech Pathologist with our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing therapy services to clients in various settings, and working closely with colleagues and support networks to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to clients, including assessments, goal setting, and treatment planning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address client needs and goals
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to clients, families, and support networks
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes. You will also have a strong desire to learn and grow as a Speech Pathologist, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

You must hold a degree in Speech Pathology from a recognized institution and be eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia. A current driver's license and reliable vehicle are also essential requirements for this role.
