We offer a permanent role for a recent or upcoming speech pathology graduate living in the greater Melbourne metropolitan area. This position can be full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week) depending on your needs.

Our multidisciplinary team prioritizes collaborative work, flexible arrangements, and professional growth. You will benefit from our extensive experience in supporting clinicians to thrive.

The salary package includes above award wages and financial rewards for outstanding work. Additionally, you will receive an annual Health and Wellbeing subsidy of $600 and access to salary packaging options.

About the Role

  • You will manage a caseload and provide timely therapeutic supports using evidence-based practices.
  • You will deliver essential speech pathology services to clients in various settings, including schools, homes, and the community.
  • You will interpret findings to develop treatment goals tailored to each client's needs.
  • You will assess clients' communication and/or swallowing levels of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • You will recommend Assistive Technology to help clients with functional limitations and promote independence.

  • You must maintain consistent contact with all stakeholders.
  • You should hold a current driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

  • You should be a degree-qualified Speech Pathologist.
  • You must have current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or be eligible for it upon completion of your speech pathology degree.
