We operate a Positive Behaviour Support Model that brings together the multidisciplinary expertise of Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Pathologists to understand the drivers of behaviours from a communication, sensory, and environmental perspective.
Job DescriptionThis permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for recent or upcoming Occupational Therapist graduates living in the greater Melbourne metropolitan area to join our multidisciplinary team.
We can provide either a full-time or part-time position (minimum 3 days/week) for the right individual who will benefit from our extensive experience in supporting our team members to be thriving clinicians who love what they do.

This role involves managing a caseload and providing timely evidence-based therapeutic supports.
You will deliver occupational therapy services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community, interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client.
Key responsibilities include assessing clients' level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments, recommending the provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and promote independence.

- Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a lasting difference.
- Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders.
- Hold a current driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
- Degree qualified Occupational Therapist.
- Current certified practising membership with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or eligible for the same as soon as you have completed your occupational therapy degree.
