Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Officer. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the daily operations of our business by ensuring accurate and timely data entry of truck runs and service records.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering daily truck run data into internal systems with precision and efficiency
  • Recording and following up on missed bin investigations
  • Liaising with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintaining accurate logs and reports for internal tracking and auditing
  • Providing general administrative support as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in an administrative capacity. You will also possess exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A strong organisational skillset is essential, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is also required.
