Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level IT Specialist to provide exceptional technical support and break/fix solutions.

  • Provide first-level technical assistance for hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Perform repairs on computers, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Assist with tasks, including monitoring systems, backups, and basic cybersecurity checks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues (e.g., connectivity, software glitches, virus removal).
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and on-site.
  • Document tickets accurately to ensure seamless team collaboration.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Basic IT knowledge (e.g., Windows, Microsoft Office, networking fundamentals).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A valid driver's license (for on-site visits).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundations) are a bonus but not required.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
