Job Summary

We are seeking a Research Associate to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the research phase of our projects, including background analysis, candidate identification and securing, and candidate care. They will work closely with our Project Management Team and Consultants to deliver projects through to the appointment of a preferred candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive and global searches of the talent pool to identify world-leading candidates for leadership roles.
  • Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Team and Consultants to deliver projects.
  • Provide high-quality research and analysis to support project delivery.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload.
  • Intellectually curious mind-set.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and able to contribute to the development of a growing team.
  • Sharp and rigorous analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Tenacious, committed, and results-oriented.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive.
  • Strong appreciation and understanding of the importance of punctuality, responsibility, and discretion required for this role.

Desirable
  • Languages.
  • 2 years' work experience and/or a higher degree.
