We are seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team at Flywire. As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with our Travel sales team and management to execute strategies and tactics designed to increase growth of client base, improve client retention, and upsell to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and communication within key business client accounts
  • Create ideal strategies for each business client to maximize money moved and increase revenue through up-selling
  • Provide clients with analytics and additional reporting mechanisms through quarterly/bi-annual business reviews
  • Work with existing business team to build out standard methodologies for client on-boarding
  • Strategic Consultation- Become a payment expert for our merchants, delivering expertise, education, leadership, and guidance to merchants on their global payments strategy
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge and understanding of all services provided by the company and maintain professional and ethical relationship with clients when representing the company
  • Execution and results-oriented- A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relationship management, account management experience or similar role
  • Experience in inside sales, handling customer objections and leading customer relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
  • Proficient presentation skills
  • Proficient in multiple languages is a plus
  • Experience with Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk is a plus
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time
