About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing daily office activities and providing administrative support to the leadership team.
  • Providing executive assistance to Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
  • Developing and implementing efficient systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Overseeing administrative services, HR coordination, and compliance matters.
  • Supporting finance coordination, employee onboarding, and document control.
  • Fostering efficiency and contributing to business growth.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role or as an Executive Assistant in a professional services or technical environment.
  • A proactive approach to improving operational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders while managing day-to-day operations.
