About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily office activities and providing administrative support to the leadership team.
- Providing executive assistance to Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation.
- Developing and implementing efficient systems and processes to streamline operations.
- Overseeing administrative services, HR coordination, and compliance matters.
- Supporting finance coordination, employee onboarding, and document control.
- Fostering efficiency and contributing to business growth.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role or as an Executive Assistant in a professional services or technical environment.
- A proactive approach to improving operational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders while managing day-to-day operations.
