About the Role:- Working with clients to prepare for and resolve risk reviews, audits, and disputes with the ATO, Aus Industry, and State/Territory revenue authorities.
- Preparing objections, briefing counsel, and advising clients on ATO risk reviews, audits, independent reviews, and tax litigation.
- Previous experience in corporate tax, international tax, tax law, and/or tax dispute resolution and controversy in an advisory or professional services firm, a law firm, or the Australian Taxation Office.
- Ability to manage multiple and concurrent complex projects.
- Capacity to negotiate with internal or external parties such as clients, government bodies, and other organisations.
