Job Title: Finance Officer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Officer to provide support to internal stakeholders through general accounting duties. This role involves identifying and implementing process improvements across the finance function, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to monthly financial accounting processes, including revenue and expense recognition.
  • Monthly reconciliation of several general ledger accounts, including bank accounts.
  • Assist with accounts receivable, customer management, raising invoices, and processing refunds.
  • Support audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Strong Excel skills, including troubleshooting and data analysis.
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and organization skills to achieve set objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated practical skills in accounting, finance systems, and problem-solving.
