Job Title: Supply Support Officer
About the OpportunityThis role will be a key member of the supply chain team, executing support to ISS programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain inventory management systems and initiate cataloguing of new items.
- Assess sourcing requirements by liaising with stakeholders based on supplied estimates and market experience.
- Develop relationships with suppliers to manage lead times and maintain logistic control across local, domestic, and international supply portfolios.
- Provide input to reporting requirements and contribute to the Supplier Risk Report.
- Manage issues through supplier corrective action process and contribute regularly to the risk report.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of business processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Three or more years' experience in supply support or logistics.
- A formal qualification in either a trade or logistics management would be highly regarded.
- Knowledge of asset management standards and processes.
- Experience with supply chain management and part interpretation.
