Healthcare Professional Opportunity

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our team at a well-established residential care facility in the region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a real impact in residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical care and support to residents with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to each resident's unique requirements
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive environment to achieve excellent outcomes
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment through adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and governance principles
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian residential care (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards & governance
  • Skilled in medication management, wound care, documentation & care planning
  • Flexibility to work a mix of shifts, including some evenings & weekends
