Compassionate Caregiver Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Care Worker. This role involves working with young people in residential care settings, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of the children and young people in your care. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily routines, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and engaging with the individuals in your care to promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also require a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care or other similar or relevant tertiary qualifications) and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of young people.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding for the individuals in their care, and will have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
