We are seeking a skilled finance professional to fill this key role. As a valuable team member, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to departments. You will work closely with the Finance Business Manager to deliver month end, forecast and budget results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Timely and accurate completion of allocated finance functions for month end, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Business Partnering: Developing relationships with business stakeholders to provide analysis and support, being the first point of contact for finance related matters for relevant business departments.
  • Financial Accounting: Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and invoice coding.
  • Process Improvement: Critically assessing own workflow and driving efficiencies / process improvements.
  • Financial Modelling: Opportunity to support on business initiatives through building and maintaining financial models.

This role builds extensive knowledge of business operations, systems expertise and establishes a strong reputation with internal stakeholders. An enthusiastic attitude with strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential to ensure success.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years' experience in management accounting.
  • Strong commercial and strategic analysis background.
  • Experience in business partnering across diverse business functions.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced excel skill and financial modelling experience.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive with adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to identify and drive improvements.
  • Thrives in changing environment.
