Financial Analyst Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting the business's strategic objectives.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and delivery of accurate budget and forecasts for all centres.
  • Partnering with marketing centre teams in financial management of their Profit and Loss accounts, ensuring balance at year end.
  • Providing support and insights to Regional Marketing Managers, Head of Marketing Activations & Brand Partnerships, and General Manager Marketing & Community, focusing on centre performance analysis.
  • Leading and preparing audit documentation at year end, addressing audit queries.
  • Preparing marketing statements for co-owners and retailers.
  • Supporting centre teams in planning and modelling for special projects or events.
  • Taking ownership of ad hoc marketing initiatives.
  • Challenging existing processes and suggesting improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and confident individual with exceptional communication skills and ability to partner with business stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
