About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team in Townsville, Queensland. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and cost-effective services to individuals, families, and communities in North Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans for clients
  • Provide contemporary practice advice to clients, families, and professionals
  • Contribute to research and development of policy or program initiatives
  • Supervise Allied Health Assistants and provide guidance on Speech Therapy programs
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary degree or higher qualification in Speech Therapy
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • High level of interpersonal skills, including effective communication and leadership
