Senior Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join our team in Townsville, Queensland. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and cost-effective services to individuals, families, and communities in North Queensland.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans for clients
- Provide contemporary practice advice to clients, families, and professionals
- Contribute to research and development of policy or program initiatives
- Supervise Allied Health Assistants and provide guidance on Speech Therapy programs
- Relevant tertiary degree or higher qualification in Speech Therapy
- Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check
- High level of interpersonal skills, including effective communication and leadership
- Fully covered Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Regular supervision and support
