About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our team of experienced clinicians in far North Queensland. As a New Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a structured learning plan tailored to your interests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech pathology services to clients in a clinic-based and community setting
  • Work with a caseload tailored to your interests, including paediatrics and adults
  • Participate in weekly supervision and peer support to ensure your success in the role
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package starting at $70,000 - $85,000 + Super
  • $1000 Professional Development allowance for external training courses + 2 days professional development leave
  • 12 Month structured New Graduate program tailored to your interests
  • Caseload tailored to your interests; work in paediatrics or with adults
  • Weekly supervision from a Senior Speech Pathologist
  • Fortnightly in-house training
  • Gradual increase of caseload over a 6 month period (maximum 5.2 billable hours a day)
  • Flexible working; choose your start and finish times, work a condensed week (one day off a week) or a 9 day fortnight
  • Work from home to conduct your administration after seeing your clients in the clinic or out in the community
  • Opportunity to undertake community outreach to Darwin
  • Bonus incentives for achieving above your billable target
  • Travel allowance or company car option
