Early Childhood Teacher Role

This is a unique opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher to participate in our intensive and supportive induction program.

Program Overview
  • We provide three months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally.

During this period, you will be paired with an ECT Buddy providing an extra layer of support as you settle into your role. You will also have the opportunity to join Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners.

  • An ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education (Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters).
