We are seeking a passionate and motivated physiotherapist to join our team in Toowoomba. This role offers the opportunity to work to the top of your clinical scope, providing quality care across various settings and caseloads.

This is a full-time position offering a fulfilling career that aligns with your professional and personal goals. As a community-based physiotherapist, you will:

  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions for a range of programs in customers' homes:
  • Substitution programs (rehab at home, hospital in the home): Acute and sub-acute rehabilitation in the home.
  • Government aged care programs (home care package, short term restorative care, commonwealth home support programs): Supporting our ageing population to stay well and independent at home.
  • Work independently in the community and collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Engage in our clinical supervision program with a designated supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: Community or hospital physiotherapy experience.
  • Qualifications: Physiotherapy degree with unrestricted AHPRA registration.
  • Requirement: Valid driver's license, insured roadworthy vehicle.
