About the Role
The Sydney Recruitment Team is focused on growth and we are looking for committed, passionate people to help us realise our vision. As a skilled recruitment professional, you will be responsible for connecting talent to the opportunities and needs of valued clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and selection for clients within your designated portfolio;
- Anticipating and identifying client needs, turning new opportunities into lasting relationships;
- Candidate research, pooling and building talent communities within key recruitment verticals to support your client portfolio;
- Consistently meeting performance benchmarks in support of the team business plan as well as service and compliance standards;
- Providing career and recruitment advice to candidates and clients which are professional, useful, ethical and memorable;
- Maintaining a positive and balanced outlook with a focus on resilience and wellbeing within a Sales environment.
The Ideal Candidate
- We want to speak with passionate and talented recruitment professionals who have experience in securing new business, growing existing relationships and the motivation to get the best results for our clients;
- Previous experience as an agency Recruitment Consultant required;
- Exposure to a commercial business with an understanding of how to drive and implement sales targets;
- A can-do attitude and hunger for learning;
- Ambitious and a keen eye for detail;
- Resilience and problem-solving skills.
