Job Title: Australia Financial Intelligence Unit Analyst

The role involves monitoring and analyzing cashiering activities of clients in the Asia Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have high energy, attention to detail, and be able to learn new skills quickly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze cashiering transactions by clients in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Communicate with clients on surveillance-related matters.
  • Review and provide suggestions to enhance existing surveillance systems/reports.
  • Manage projects to build and implement approved enhancements and changes required due to regulatory updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in market conduct, AML and other related regulations.
  • Stay informed about APAC and international developments in relevant areas of regulations and law.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with AML/CTF Rules.
  • Experience in dealing with exchange and regulatory inquiries.
  • Good communication skills and client service experience would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and academic background.
  • Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning would be advantageous.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A high degree of comfort and fluency with computers and technology.
