This includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of TM processes and assisting in the training and development of first line of defence teams on TM-related matters.- What you offer
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial Crime Risk or Risk Management in a data and analytics capacity, with exposure to Transaction Monitoring being desirable.
- Experience with programming and data visualisation tools such as SQL, Python and PowerBi.
- Ability to interrogate and interpret data and communicate findings to both expert and senior audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAn understanding of institutional banking products would be advantageous
