Product Quality and Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Quality and Development Specialist to champion our quality control processes, develop new products, and create product documentation.

  • Champion Quality: Implement robust quality assurance procedures across our expanding product range. You'll inspect samples, resolve quality issues, document standards, and ensure consistent performance across batches.
  • Develop New Products: Collaborate with suppliers, production, and internal teams to develop new products that meet market needs and align with our brand standards.
  • Create Product Documentation: Write clear, user-friendly installation guides, care instructions, and technical product documentation. You'll also support our marketing and sales teams by delivering accurate product descriptions and technical data.

This role requires a strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You'll be part of a fast-paced, collaborative team where your expertise can make a real difference in building high-quality products.
