\Job Description:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to allocated contracts and sites in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers over the phone and via email in a friendly and professional manner.

This role contributes to the achievement of business goals and objectives via the provision of high-quality support in administrative duties and dealing professionally with our customers.

\About You:

Our ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, varied role where no two days are the same. Experience in the waste industry is highly regarded, but if you have first-class customer service skills, maybe in a contact centre environment, and can deal efficiently and professionally with a fast-moving caseload we'd love to hear from you.

  • Sound knowledge of Salesforce
  • Intermediate skills with the MS Office Suite of products
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills
