About the Role:

About You:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration enabling you to practice effectively in the field.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
  • Post graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services including rehabilitation and community settings.
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models which are essential for successful delivery of home care services.
  • Confident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills which facilitate effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy required to manage client information and other relevant data efficiently.
