**The Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven **Dental Technician** to join our growing team. This

role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with a close-knit, passionate group of

professionals and thrives in a digital-forward environment.The position will report to our

Dentist/Prosthodontist and the duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the

following:

- Receiving and interpreting written orders from a dentist or dental prosthetist.
- Making plaster and stone models of the mouth and teeth from impressions that have been taken from the patient.
- Fabricating custom impression trays.
- Constructing wax replicas of the teeth or part or all of the mouth using the model.
- Cutting or moulding ceramic, plastic, or metal materials to make appliances.
- Arranging artificial teeth for full or partial dentures.
- Designing and constructing removable and fixed metal, acrylic prosthodontic appliances, mouth guards, crowns, metal clasps, inlays, bridgework, and other aids.
- Relining, fabricating repairing or modifying full or partial denture bases.

**About the applicant**:

- Able to read and understand dentists/prosthodontists’ requirements.
- At least a Diploma of Dental Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in a dental lab or clinical setting
- Confidence in using 3D scanners and digital workflow systems
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- A team-focused attitude and commitment to high standards of dental craftsmanship
- Improve the quality of participating in all lab activities.

**Salary**: AUD 80,000 per year plus superannuation.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
