About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead daily operations and drive process improvements in our fast-paced production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production workflows, ensuring quality standards are met, and fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Lead daily production teams to achieve quality and customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule maintenance, sales, and quality activities
  • Monitor operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Support employees in achieving their individual goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans, provide training, and lead practice drills
About You

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing business operations, coordinating complex tasks, and overseeing production processes. You will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards working with people.

  • Experience leading and supporting teams, promoting collaboration and teamwork
  • Empathy, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards people with disability
  • Effective time and organizational management
  • Strong understanding of operational systems, health and safety regulations, and quality assurance procedures
  • Proven emergency response knowledge and current Chief Warden qualification (desirable)
