WHATS INVOLVED?

As the Production Manager, you will be a dynamic leader who thrives on turning strategy into action. Working with your Shift Managers you will oversee production planning, process improvement and team development ensuring seamless execution across shifts and alignment with broader operational objectives. You will partner with key departments and your leadership team to drive performance and optimise production processes to deliver excellence in quality, efficiency, and compliance. Key Responsibilities include:

Lead and coordinate production operations through production leaders, ensuring consistent performance across all shifts.

Translate operational strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimise changeovers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Engineering, Technical, and Supply Chain teams.

Monitor and report on production KPIs, labour utilisation, and compliance metrics.

Champion training and development to build a skilled, agile, and engaged workforce.

Ensure adherence to GMP's, food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

ABOUT YOU

You are a seasoned manufacturing professional with a proven ability to lead through others and deliver results in a fast-paced, multi-beverage environment. You bring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a passion for operational excellence. Your background includes experience in food, beverage, dairy, or pharmaceutical production, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business.
