Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Designer to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions for natural and built assets. Our team focuses on improving quality of life by solving complex challenges and achieving impactful results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in urban redevelopments, particularly residential subdivisions, and experience working with local authorities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various disciplines to develop project design solutions, negotiate infrastructure solutions with state and local authorities, and manage projects from conception to completion.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project design solutions.
  • Negotiate infrastructure solutions with government agencies and local councils.
  • Project management, electrical system design, and construction coordination.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in urban redevelopments, particularly residential subdivisions.
  • Experience working with local council procedures.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software and electrical engineering software.
  • Project management experience, including financial management and contractual negotiations.
