Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join our Division of Information Technology as Director, Service Management. This senior role is central to modernising our ICT operating model, enhancing service delivery, and driving a customer-focused approach across the organisation.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead high-performing teams responsible for infrastructure, networks, systems, and ICT security. The successful candidate will ensure our technology environment is robust, reliable, and future-ready, safeguarding digital assets and driving resilience, performance, and trust in every digital interaction.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of ITIL, service management frameworks, and digital transformation. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of ICT strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of ICT projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners, including vendors and suppliers, to ensure smooth operations and cost-effective solutions.
